The Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk region continues the receipt of applications from farmers willing to be supported by the government.
Regional acting Minister of Agriculture Vasily Pronkin has noted that the control over the use of subsidies will be tightened according to the recommendations of the regulatory bodies.
As it was mentioned by Mr. Pronkin, the 2018 regional government support will amount to 1.8bn RUB and a total of 1.4bn RUB will be allocated from the federal budget. In 2018 the total number of farmers to be backed up will amount to 2300.
The acting Minister said that the funds are aimed to support horticulture, dairy cattle breeding, AIC investment lending (interest rate subsidy), land amelioration development, as well as to assist companies in achieving AIC performance targets.
Besides, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk region has initiated the development of proposals and the conclusion of agreements with the core suppliers of lubricants and mineral fertilizers. The task has been put forward by Andrey Travnikov, the acting governor of the Novosibirsk region.
